I had to write to you as it takes a great deal to impress and old travel cynic like me, but Sasha has impressed me enormously.
I am going to Heron island tomorrow and only booked it through Travelonline earlier this week. I found Sasha informative, polite, very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. She was great dealing with a tense and nervous pom!
I am sure the holiday will be a joy if the organisation up to now is anything to go by and if so I will be using Travelonline for all my future holidays.

You beat me to it - I was going to e-mail you to thank you for the great service you guys provided. Our trip was terrific and all the trips worked out very well in Port Douglas. Unfortunately the weather was the worst they had had in 20 years but I don't think you guys had the power to change that. We enjoyed "Breakfast with the Birds" and the trip to Kuranda and the Quicksilver were excellent.

Rebecca, Just a note to thank you and Patricia Andrades for all the help you gave us with our holiday in Australia. It was indeed a really super holiday. Hamilton Island was a paradise and we spent a wonderful 5 days there. The rest of the trip was just as exciting and we had a few days on the Sunshine Coast that was lovely and then on to Cairns. Cairns was something different for both of us, the middle of winter and so warm, lovely for us after so much snow of our own during our winter. We loved every minute of our trip and all the arrangements made through you worked like clockwork. So thank you all again.

Yes we are back home - to cold, wet and miserable weather.
Our trip to Fiji was fabulous, the weather was perfect.
The Hideaway resort was good - friendly staff and lots of activities and entertainment (a bit like being in Club Med). Beach was not good but we were aware of this having been to the Coral Coast previously. Gardens at Hideaway are delightful and the pool is very good.
Malolo Island was delightful - great location, small and quiet. Once again the staff were very friendly and the number of water activities available was great. We spent a lot of time paddling around in a canoe or sailing a catermaran around. Food was very good here - interesting and very well presented.
Once again thanks for your part in making our holiday wonderful.

I am delighted that all the arrangements you put together worked without a hitch. Brampton was lovely and the apartment at Southern Cross had an amazing view across the Chinese Garden and over Darling Harbour.
We thoroughly enjoyed the contrast in the Blue Mountains with feeding the parrots after breakfast and had clear blue skies every day in the Blue Mountains and were able to enjoy the fantastic views.
We will recommend you to any friends who want to visit!

We had a wonderful holiday in Heron Island and truly appreciate your knowledge on recommending it.
How long would travel on line offer the repeat business discount? Our visit to Sydney following Heron was lovely. We did the bridge climb, went to The Blue Mountains, Checked out Manley and Bondi Beach, attended a wedding in Circular Quay and did a Harbour Yacht Cruise hosted by the bride and groom. Dear Kate - It is hard for us to realize that a week ago we were in Australia. Right now we are digging out from a snowstorm that dumped 25 inches (60 cm) of snow!!
Our trip to Herron was fabulous - all that we had hoped for. You can be sure that we will recommend you to anyone heading your way. In fact, I have already given the Herron website to someone who wants to honeymoon in Australia next January.
Thanks again for all your extra efforts, particularly when I totally missed the fact that we needed a flight from Brisbane to Gladstone. Thank you for your message. I had intended emailing you in any case to say thank you. Fiji was MAGIC and everything I had hoped for. Considering that I booked it from the other side of the world I cannot express how grateful I was for the efficiency of the arrangements. Everything was exactly as planned. All the coaches and transfers were on time, the hotel was brilliant and we had an ocean view room which was to die for. The 4am start on the return leg was somewhat daunting but given the magic of the preceding days this was a small price to pay.
Thank you for your help and superb administration. I will recommend you to any of my friends who are wanting to undertake excursions whilst in Australia. I cannot fault the service that you provided. My congratulations to all who were involved for providing a memorable end to my foray down under.

Some feedback on the bookings. The apartment in Darling Harbour was perfect with great facilities and well located to explore Sydney.
I have saved the best till last - Dunk Island, an absolute paradise! Facilities great, weather wonderful and the food....best I've ever tasted. I will recommend it to anyone from UK who is visiting Australia.
Anyway, the holiday of a lifetime was just that! When it comes to planning my next holiday of a lifetime I shall certainly look you up! I will also pass your company's details on to anyone else I know who is travelling to Australia.

Hello Fiona, we just returned from our trip to Australia and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for all your assistance. The accommodations in both Port Douglas and Cairns were superb!! We saw many, many sharks, turtles, and huge fish, one of which followed us like a puppy! Thanks for emailing me, since we returned back from our honeymoon it has been a series of catching up processes with work, US holidays, personal business, etc..
Fiji's Yasawa Island resort was tremendous! We loved the island, our bure and the staff! We are already discussing future opportunities to return. Yasawa is definitely a great honeymoon location because the atmosphere is terrific, you can do as much or as little as one would like and the resort really caters to couples and adjusts it's schedule to meet the guests requests. Also, we met some great people (Aussies, Kiwis, Europeans, and North Americans) that we are staying in touch and will possibly meet again somewhere....? We really cannot say enough about Yasawa!
All in all, my wife and I had a great time and both resorts are terrific!
We would like to thank you cordially for all your help and expertise! We did not experience one obstacle with our all of our travels and you and your company are a pleasure to work with!
